Armando took us on a three-hour tour of Queretaro and it was amazing! We got a really great overview of so many neighborhoods and what they're like. There's no way we could have done that on our own. We took a ride around the neighborhoods we were interested in with Armando. He speaks both English and Spanish (which was helpful for me because my Spanish is limited). He drove us around for three hours and gave us a ton of information on the areas. He's super knowledgeable on the different neighborhoods in Querétaro, and probably one of the most honest and nicest people I've ever met. So easy to talk to, answered every question we had about living in the area. If you're looking for a rental property in Querétaro this is the team to see. I highly recommend doing the 3 hour tour with Armando and seeking their assistance with your home search. As someone who is still learning Spanish, having a bilingual agent was a must. Raquel not only communicated efficiently with us, but translated for us as needed. It was very much appreciated. She continuously gave us updates and it made us feel relieved to know that we were always being given up to date info. Once we found the right house, Raquel exceeded our expectations by working with various contractors to ensure the house was ready for us when we moved in. Knowing this was all completed before being to Mexico was such a relief for us. It made the move so much more easy and fluid for us. She kept detailed receipts, took before and after pictures and presented us with an entire report on all the work that had been done. Hi Everyone!I want to take a moment to express our gratitude and thanks to Raquel Arriola Sánchez from Nexterra for helping us find our first home. 🙏 We were in a not-so-ideal temporary Airbnb situation in Centro, when we decided that it was time for us to find our first apartment/home. If you're looking for help in relocating, there is nobody better than Armando and his team.  I arrived in Querétaro amd after a brief conversation with Armando, he had everything mapped out for me in the two days I had to look.  He picked me up and talked to me about the intricacies of the City and the surrounding neighborhoods.

I opted for a neighborhood tour with Armando to cover a range of the less popular neighborhoods in addition to the popular ones. Amiable, helpful and knowledgeable, Armando took me to a few grocery stores to get an idea of offerings in local amenities.

I've never been inside an HEB! At the end of the day, I have a few more possibilities to add to my list. Helping people relocate from their native countries is quite the nuanced business and, as a part of that journey, I recommend him in taking that 'road less traveled' dive.
